My professional career began in entertainment journalism, writing passionately about the culture of my city for $50 a clip. I slowly moved my way up the ranks to editor-in-chief, inspiring my writers & designers to create a medium that resonates with our community.
From there, I transitioned into creative copywriting for global brands, sharpening my teeth at Express with product descriptions for E-Commerce—AKA romanticizing the look and feel of flutter sleeve maxi dresses, fitted suits and dark wash denim.
Today, I lead a team of writers as the senior copywriter for Tailored Brands, encouraging them to craft on-brand copy that inspires the world. From daily email sends to broadcast scripts, there is nothing we can’t accomplish together.
